حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ إِنَّ أُمَّ حَارِثَةَ أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَدْ هَلَكَ حَارِثَةُ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ أَصَابَهُ سَهْمٌ غَرْبٌ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَوْقِعَ حَارِثَةَ مِنْ قَلْبِي فَإِنْ كَانَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَلَمْ أَبْكِ عَلَيْهِ وَإِلَّا فَسَوْفَ تَرَى مَا أَصْنَعُ فَقَالَ لَهَا هَبِلْتِ أَوَجَنَّةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ هِيَ إِنَّهَا جِنَانٌ كَثِيرَةٌ وَإِنَّهُ فِي الْفِرْدَوْسِ الْأَعْلَى.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Sulayman ibn Dawud told us, Isma'il told us, who said: Humayd told me, from Anas, who said: Umm Haritha came to the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, after Haritha had perished on the day of Badr, struck by a stray arrow, and she said: "O Messenger of God, you know Haritha's place in my heart. If he is in Paradise I will not weep for him, but otherwise you will see what I do." He said to her: "Have you lost your senses? Is it but one Paradise? There are many gardens, and he is in the highest Firdaws."
