Hashim told us, ‘Abd al-‘Aziz told us, from Ishaq ibn ‘Abdillah ibn Abi Talha, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to enter the house of Umm Sulaym and sleep on her bed while she was not in her house. One day she was told, "The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is here asleep on your bed." She said: I came, and it was summertime, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sweated until his sweat pooled on a piece of leather on the bed. I began to soak up that sweat and wring it into a small bottle. He woke startled while I was doing that, and said, "What are you doing, O Umm Sulaym?" I said, "O Messenger of Allah, we hope for its blessing for our children." He said, "You have done rightly."
