Yahya ibn Sa'id told us, from Humayd, who said: Anas was asked about the voluntary fasting of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. He said, "He used to fast until we would say, he will not stop fasting, and he would break his fast until we would say, he will not fast."
