حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلٌ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شُجَّ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ وَكَسَرُوا رَبَاعِيَتَهُ فَجَعَلَ يَمْسَحُ الدَّمَ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ كَيْفَ يُفْلِحُ قَوْمٌ خَضَّبُوا وَجْهَ نَبِيِّهِمْ بِالدَّمِ وَهُوَ يَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى رَبِّهِمْ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَأُنْزِلَتْ { لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنْ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ }.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Sahl told us, from Humayd, from Anas, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was wounded on the Day of Uhud, and his front tooth was broken, and he began wiping the blood from his face, saying, "How can a people prosper who have stained the face of their Prophet with blood while he calls them to their Lord, Mighty and Majestic?" So this was revealed: {Not for you is the decision, whether He turns toward them in mercy or punishes them, for indeed they are wrongdoers.}
