حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ دَعَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِيَكْتُبَ لَنَا بِالْبَحْرَيْنِ قَطِيعَةً قَالَ فَقُلْنَا لَا إِلَّا أَنْ تَكْتُبَ لِإِخْوَانِنَا مِنْ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ مِثْلَهَا فَقَالَ إِنَّكُمْ سَتَلْقَوْنَ بَعْدِي أَثَرَةً فَاصْبِرُوا حَتَّى تَلْقَوْنِي قَالُوا فَإِنَّا نَصْبِرُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Mu'awiyah told us, Yahya ibn Sa'id told us, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, called us to write for us a grant of land in Bahrain. We said, "No, unless you write the like of it for our brothers among the Emigrants." He said, "You will find after me a preference for others over you, so be patient until you meet me." They said, "Then we will be patient."
