حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ لَقَدْ كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةً لَوْ صَلَّاهَا أَحَدُكُمْ الْيَوْمَ لَعِبْتُمُوهَا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ وَمُسْلِمُ بْنُ أَبِي نَمِرٍ أَفَلَا تَذْكُرُ ذَاكَ لِأَمِيرِنَا وَالْأَمِيرُ يَوْمَئِذٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيرِ فَقَالَ قَدْ فَعَلْتُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr told us, he said, Ubaydullah - meaning Ibn Abdullah ibn Mawhab - told us, he said, I heard Anas ibn Malik say: We used to pray with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, a prayer that if one of you were to pray it today, you would mock him for it. Sharik and Muslim ibn Abi Namir said to him, "Why don't you mention that to our governor?" - the governor at that time being Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz - he said, "I have already done so."
