حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ بْنَ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ أَهْلَ قُرَيْظَةَ لَمَّا نَزَلُوا عَلَى حُكْمِ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ أَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجَاءَ عَلَى حِمَارٍ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قُومُوا إِلَى سَيِّدِكُمْ أَوْ إِلَى خَيْرِكُمْ فَقَالَ إِنَّ هَؤُلَاءِ نَزَلُوا عَلَى حُكْمِكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَحْكُمُ أَنْ يُقْتَلَ مُقَاتِلَتُهُمْ وَتُسْبَى ذَرَارِيُّهُمْ قَالَ لَقَدْ حَكَمْتَ بِحُكْمِ الْمَلِكِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Sa'd ibn Ibrahim informed us, he said: I heard Abu Umamah ibn Sahl ibn Hunayf narrating from Abu Sa'id that when the people of Qurayzah surrendered to the judgment of Sa'd ibn Mu'adh, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent for him, and he came riding a donkey. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Rise for your chief," or "for the best of you." He [Sa'd] said: "These people have submitted to your judgment." He said: "I judge that their fighting men be killed and their offspring be taken captive." He [the Prophet] said: "You have judged with the judgment of the King."
