حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ سَعْدٍ أَبِي الْمُجَاهِدِ الطَّائِيِّ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ الْعَوْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أُرَاهُ قَدْ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ سَقَى مُؤْمِنًا شَرْبَةً عَلَى ظَمَإٍ سَقَاهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ الرَّحِيقِ الْمَخْتُومِ وَأَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ أَطْعَمَ مُؤْمِنًا عَلَى جُوعٍ أَطْعَمَهُ اللَّهُ مِنْ ثِمَارِ الْجَنَّةِ وَأَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ كَسَا مُؤْمِنًا ثَوْبًا عَلَى عُرْيٍ كَسَاهُ اللَّهُ مِنْ خُضْرِ الْجَنَّةِ.

Hasan told us, Zuhayr told us, from Sa'd Abu al-Mujahid al-Ta'i, from Atiyyah ibn Sa'd al-Awfi, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri — I think he attributed it to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him — who said: "Whichever believer gives another believer a drink while thirsty, Allah will give him to drink on the Day of Resurrection from the Sealed Nectar; and whichever believer feeds another believer while hungry, Allah will feed him from the fruits of Paradise; and whichever believer clothes another believer with a garment while naked, Allah will clothe him with the green garments of Paradise."
