حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا طَافَ فِي الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ أَوَّلَ مَا يَقْدَمُ فَإِنَّهُ يَسْعَى ثَلاَثَةَ أَطْوَافٍ وَيَمْشِي أَرْبَعًا ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي سَجْدَتَيْنِ .
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrates that when the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) arrived in the blessed city of Makkah for Hajj or Umrah, the first thing he would do was perform the circumambulation, in which he would walk briskly (ramal) in three circuits and walk normally in four, and then offer two units of prayer.
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم جب حج اور عمرے میں مکہ مکرمہ تشریف لا کر سب سے پہلے طواف فرماتے تو تین چکروں میں تیز چال (رَمَل) سے چلتے اور چار چکروں میں عام چال چلتے، پھر دو رکعت (طوافِ قدوم کی) نماز ادا فرماتے۔
