Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:8960 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ أُتِيَ عَبْدُ اللهِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِنَّ هَهُنَا نَاسٌ يَقْرَءُونَ قِرَاءَةَ مُسَيْلِمَةَ فَرَدَّهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ فَلَبِثَ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ أَنْ يَلْبَثَ ثُمَّ أَتَاهُ فَقَالَ وَالَّذِي أَحْلِفُ بِهِ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ لَقَدْ تَرَكْتُهُمُ الْآنَ فِي دَارٍ وَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ الْمُصْحَفَ لَعِنْدَهُمْ فَأَمَرَ قَرَظَةَ بْنَ كَعْبٍ فَسَارَ بِالنَّاسِ مَعَهُ فَقَالَ «ائْتِ بِهِمْ» فَلَمَّا أَتَى بِهِمْ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ «مَا هَذَا بَعْدَ اسْتِفَاضِ الْإِسْلَامِ؟» قَالُوا يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ نَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ وَنَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ وَنَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُسَيْلِمَةَ هُوَ الْكَذَّابُ الْمُفْتَرِي عَلَى اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ قَالَ فَاسْتَتَابَهُمْ عَبْدُ اللهِ وَسَيَّرَهُمْ إِلَى الشَّامِ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَقَرِيبٌ مِنْ ثَمَانِينَ رَجُلًا وَأَبَى ابْنُ النَّوَّاحَةِ أَنْ يَتُوبَ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ قَرَظَةَ بْنَ كَعْبٍ فَأَخْرَجَهُ إِلَى السُّوقِ فَضَرَبَ عُنُقَهُ وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ رَأْسَهُ فَيُلْقِيَهُ فِي حِجْرِ أُمِّهِ قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ فَلَقِيتُ شَيْخًا مِنْهُمْ كَبِيرًا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ بِالشَّامِ فَقَالَ لِيَرْحَمِ اللهُ أَبَاكَ وَاللهِ لَوْ قَتَلْنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ لَدَخَلْنَا النَّارَ كُلُّنَا
انگریزی ترجمہ
It was reported to Abdullah: 'O Abu Abd al-Rahman, there are people here reciting the recitation of Musaylimah.' Abdullah dismissed it. After some time, the man came again and said: 'By the One I swear by, O Abu Abd al-Rahman, I just left them in a house and that scripture is still with them.' He ordered Qarazah ibn Ka'b, who marched with men, and said: 'Bring them.' When they were brought, Abdullah said: 'What is this after the spread of Islam?' They said: 'O Abu Abd al-Rahman, we seek Allah\'s forgiveness and repent to Him, and we testify that Musaylimah is the lying fabricator against Allah and His Messenger.' Abdullah accepted their repentance and sent them to Syria - they were close to eighty men. But Ibn al-Nawwahah refused to repent, so Abdullah ordered Qarazah ibn Ka'b to take him out to the market and strike his neck, and to take his head and throw it in his mother\'s lap.
