Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:7029 حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا دُحَيْمٌ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَنِي خُبَيْبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا بِرَقِيقِ الرَّجُلِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ الَّذِي هُوَ تِلَادُهُ وَهُمْ فِي عَمَلِهِ لَا يُرِيدُ بَيْعَهُمْ وَكَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ لَا نُخْرِجَ عَنْهُمْ مِنِ الصَّدَقَةِ شَيْئًا وَكَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نُخْرِجَ الصَّدَقَةَ مِنَ الَّذِي يُعَدُّ لِلْبَيْعِ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Any man who kills a small sparrow or anything above that without its due right, Allah will ask him about it on the Day of Resurrection.' It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what is its due right?' He said: 'That he slaughters it and eats it, and does not cut off its head and throw it away.'
