Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:6855 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ السِّمْسَارُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ثنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لِلشَّيْطَانِ كُحْلًا وَلَعُوقًا فَإِذَا كَحَّلَ الْإِنْسَانَ مِنْ كُحْلِهِ نَامَتْ عَيْنَاهُ عَنِ الذِّكْرِ وَإِذَا لَعَّقَهُ مِنْ لَعُوقِهِ ذَرَبَ لِسَانُهُ بِالشَّرِّ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'The Shaytan has a kohl and a medicinal paste. When he applies his kohl to a person, his eyes sleep away from remembrance (of Allah). And when he applies his paste, his tongue becomes loose with that which does not concern him.'
