Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:6833 حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ ثنا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْعُهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'The two parties to a sale have the option (to cancel) as long as they have not separated, unless their sale is conditional upon mutual option.'
