أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْمُحَبَّقِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Salamah ibn al-Muhabbiq narrated that a man during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had intercourse with a slave girl belonging to his wife. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "If she consented to it, she belongs to him and he must give her mistress a similar one. If he forced her, she is free and he must give her mistress a similar one."
