Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:6328 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ صَخْرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ امْرَأَتَهُ عَلَيْهِ كَظَهْرِ أُمِّهِ حَتَّى يَمْضِيَ رَمَضَانُ فَسَمِنَتْ وَتَرَبَّعَتْ فَوَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا فِي النِّصْفِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَأَنَّهُ يُعَظِّمُ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «هَلْ تَسْتَطِيعُ أَنَّ تُعْتِقَ رَقَبَةً؟» قَالَ لَا قَالَ «أَتَسْتَطِيعُ أَنَّ تَصُومَ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ؟» قَالَ لَا قَالَ «أَفَتَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ تُطْعِمَ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا؟» قَالَ لَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «يَا فَرْوَةُ بْنَ عَمْرٍو أَعْطِهِ ذَلِكَ الْفَرَقَ وَهُوَ مِكْتَلٌ يَأْخُذُ خَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ صَاعًا فَلْيُعْطِهِ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا» قَالَ أَعْلَى أَفْقَرَ مِنِّي؟ فَوَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا بَيْنَ لَابَيَتْهَا أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ أَحْوَجُ إِلَيْهِ مِنَّا فَضَحِكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ثُمَّ قَالَ «اذْهَبْ بِهِ إِلَى أَهْلِكَ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Salamah ibn Sakhr al-Bayadi said: "I was a man who had excessive desire for women, more than anyone else. When the month of Ramadan entered, I performed zihar (a type of divorce saying 'You are to me like my mother's back') from my wife until Ramadan ended. One night while she was serving me, something of her became exposed, and I could not restrain myself and had intercourse with her. The next morning I went to the people and informed them, and I said: 'Ask the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) for me.' They said: 'We will not do that; we fear that a verse will be revealed about us or the Messenger of Allah will say something about us.' So I went to the Prophet (peace be upon him) myself and told him. He said: 'You did that?' I said: 'I did that.' He said: 'You did that?' I said: 'I did that.' He said: 'You did that?' I said: 'I did that, and here I am, so give me Allah's ruling and I will be patient with it.' He said: 'Free a slave.' I said: 'By the One who sent you with the truth, I do not own anything but her.' He said: 'Then fast two consecutive months.' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, did not what befell me happen only because of fasting?' He said: 'Then feed sixty poor people.' I said: 'By the One who sent you with the truth, we went to sleep last night with nothing to eat.' He said: 'Then go to the collector of charity of Banu Zurayq and ask him to give it to you, then feed sixty poor people with a wasq (measure) of dates, and keep the rest for yourself and your family.'"
