Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:5866 حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْخَلَّالُ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ فِي جِنَازَةٍ فَحَدَّثَهُمْ ثُمَّ قَالَ «§أُحَدِّثُكُمْ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَنْتُمْ تَلْهُونَ؟ أَمَا وَاللهِ لَأُفَارِقَنَّكُمْ» فَقَالَ أَيْنَ؟ قَالَ «أَغْزُو» قُلْتُ وَذَلِكَ فِيكَ؟ قَالَ «أُكَثِّرُ سَوَادَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hazim said: We were with Sahl ibn Sa'd at a funeral, and he narrated to them. Then he said: "I narrate to you from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and you are heedless? By Allah, I shall leave you." He was asked: "Where to?" He said: "I will go on a military expedition." I said: "At your age?" He said: "I will increase the numbers of the Muslims."
