Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:3570 حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَزَّارُ ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ حُجْرِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ وَكَانَ قَدْ أَدْرَكَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةَ قَالَ خَطَبَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَاطِمَةَ ؓ فَقَالَ «هِي لَكَ عَلَى أَنْ تُحْسِنَ صُحْبَتَهَا»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hujr ibn Qays - who had experienced the pre-Islamic era - narrated that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) proposed to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) for Fatimah's hand. He said: 'She is yours on the condition that you treat her well.'
