Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:3483 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ الْهُذَلِيِّ أَنَّهُ كَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ امْرَأَةٌ فَتَزَوَّجَ عَلَيْهَا أُخْرَى فَتَغَايَرَتَا فَضَرَبَتِ الْهِلَالِيَّةُ الْعَامِرِيَّةَ بِعُودِ فُسْطَاطٍ لِي فَطَرَحَتْ وَلَدًا مَيِّتًا فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «دُوهُ» فَجَاءَ وَلِيُّهَا فَقَالَ أَنَدِي مَنْ لَا أَكَلَ وَلَا شَرِبَ وَلَا اسْتَهَلَّ فَمِثْلُ ذَلِكَ يُطَلُّ فَقَالَ «رَجَزُ الْأَعْرَابِ نَعَمْ دُوهُ فِيهِ غُرَّةُ عَبْدٍ أَوْ وَلِيدَةٌ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated the Hudhali: He had two wives, a Hilali woman and an Amiri woman. They became jealous of one another, and the Hilali woman struck the Amiri woman with a tent pole. She miscarried a dead child. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to them, 'Pay the blood money.' The guardian of the victim came and said, 'Shall we pay blood money for one who did not eat, did not drink, did not cry, and did not make a sound? Such a one is to go unavenged!' The Messenger of Allah said, 'The rhyming speech of the Bedouins! Yes, pay the blood money: a ghurrah, a male slave or a female slave.'
