Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:3451 حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ مَرْثَدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنِي ضَمْضَمُ بْنُ زُرْعَةَ عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا ن��امَ ابْنُ آدَمَ قَالَ الْمَلَكُ لِلشَّيْطَانِ أعْطِنِي صَحِيفَتَكَ فَيُعْطِيهِ إِيَّاهَا فَمَا وَجَدَ فِي صَحِيفَتِهِ مِنْ حَسَنَةٍ مَحَا بِهَا عَشْرَ سَيِّئَاتٍ مِنْ صَحِيفَةِ الشَّيْطَانِ وَكَتَبَهُنَّ حَسَنَاتٍ فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَنَامَ فَلْيُكَبِّرْ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ تَكْبِيرَةً وَيُحَمِّدْ أَرْبَعًا وَثَلَاثِينَ تَحْمِيدَةً وَيُسَبِّحْ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ تَسْبِيحَةً فَتِلْكَ مِائَةٌ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Abu Malik al-Ash'ari: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, 'When the son of Adam sleeps, the angel says to Shaytan, "Give me your record." He gives it to him, and whatever good deed the angel finds, he erases ten bad deeds from Shaytan's record and writes them as good deeds. So when one of you wants to sleep, let him say thirty-three takbirs, thirty-four tahmids, and thirty-three tasbihs, and that is one hundred.'
