Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:3315 حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ أَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثنا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ مَرْثَدٍ أَوْ أَبِي مَرْثَدٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّا بِأَرْضٍ يُصِيبُنَا بِهَا مَخْمَصَةٌ فَمَا يَحِلُّ لَنَا مِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ؟ قَالَ «إِذَا لَمْ تَغْتَبِقُوا وَلَمْ تَصْطَبِحُوا وَلَمْ تَحْتَفِئُوا بَقْلًا فَشَأْنَكُمْ بِهَا»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Abu Waqid al-Laythi: They said, 'O Messenger of Allah, we are in a land where we are afflicted with severe hunger. What is permissible for us from dead animals?' He said, 'If you have no evening meal, no morning meal, and cannot find any vegetables to gather, then it is permissible for you.'
