Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11991 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «دِيَةُ الْمُكَاتَبِ بِقَدْرِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ دِيَةُ الْحُرِّ وَبِقَدْرِ مَا رَقَّ مِنْهُ دِيَةُ الْعَبْدِ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'The blood money of a mukatab (partially freed slave) is proportional to what he has paid off — for the free portion, the blood money of a free person, and for the enslaved portion, the blood money of a slave.'
