Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11974 حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ تَمَّامٍ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا أَحَدٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ أَفْضَلُ عَلِيَّ فِي نِعْمَةِ أَهْلٍ وَلَا مَالٍ مِنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَلَوْ كُنْتُ مُتَّخِذًا خَلِيلًا لَاتَّخَذْتُهُ وَلَكِنْ أُخُوَّةُ الْإِسْلَامِ أَوِ الْإِيمَانِ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'No one among the people has been more generous to me with his family and his wealth than Abu Bakr. If I were to take a close friend (khalil), I would have taken him, but the brotherhood of Islam or faith (is better).'
