Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11826 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثنا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كَانَ زَوْجُ بَرِيرَةَ عَبْدًا أَسْوَدَ يُقَالُ لَهُ مُغِيثٌ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ كُنْتُ أُرَاهُ فِي سِكَكِ الْمَدِينَةِ يَعْصِرُ عَيْنَيْهِ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِيهَا بِأَرْبَعٍ شَرَطَ مَوَالِيهَا عَلَيْهَا الْوَلَاءَ فَقَضَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ وَخَيَّرَهَا فَاخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا وأَمَرَها أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ وَتُصُدِّقَ عَلَيْهَا بِصَدَقَةٍ» وَأَهْدَتْ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ مِنْهَا فَسَأَلَتْ عَائِشَةُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «هُوَ عَلَيْهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَهُوَ لَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas said: The husband of Barirah was a black slave called Mughith. Ibn Abbas said: 'I used to see him in the streets of Madinah squeezing his eyes (weeping).' The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ruled regarding her with four matters: Her former masters stipulated the right of patronage, so the Prophet (peace be upon him) ruled: 'Patronage belongs to the one who frees.' He gave her the choice, and she chose herself. He ordered her to observe the waiting period. She was given charity, and she gifted some to Aisha. Aisha asked the Prophet (peace be upon him), and the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'It is charity for her and a gift for us.'
