Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11809 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابَانَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ الْحَمَّالُ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى ثَلَاثًا وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ ذُو الشِّمَالَيْنِ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَنَقُصَتِ الصَّلَاةُ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَكَذَلِكَ ذَا الْيَدَيْنِ؟» قَالَ نَعَمْ فَرَكَعَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ رَكْعَةً وَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) prayed three rak'ahs and gave the salutation. Dhul-Shimalayn said: 'O Messenger of Allah, has the prayer been shortened?' The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked: 'Is that so, Dhul-Yadayn?' He said: 'Yes.' So the Prophet (peace be upon him) prayed one more rak'ah and prostrated twice (for forgetfulness).
