Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11593 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ النَّسَائِيُّ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ السَّمْتِيُّ ثنا زِيَادُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ ؓ صَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ فَلَمَّا قَدِمُوا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَدَعَاهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ خَشِيتُ أَنْ يَقْتُلَنِي الْبَرْدُ وَقَدْ قَالَ اللهُ ﷻ {وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا} فَسَكَتَ عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas narrated that Amr ibn al-As prayed with the people while he was in a state of major ritual impurity. When they came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), they mentioned that to him. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) called him and asked him about it. He said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I feared that the cold would kill me, and Allah has said: And do not kill yourselves. Indeed, Allah is ever Merciful to you.' The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) remained silent about it.
