Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11223 حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي الطَّاهِرِ بْنِ السَّرْحِ الْمِصْرِيَّانِ قَالَا ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا نَافِعُ بْنُ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ كَتبْتُ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنِ امْرَأَتَيْنِ كَانَتَا تَخْرِزَانِ فَخَرَجَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا فَادَّعَتْ أَنَّ صَاحِبَتَهَا ضَرَبَتْهَا بِالْاشفا وَأَنْكَرَتِ الْأُخْرَى فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى «أَنَّ الْيَمِينَ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ وَلَوْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ أُعْطُوا دَعْوَاهُمْ لَادَّعَى أُنَاسٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ أَمْوَالَ أُنَاسٍ وَدِمَاءَهُمْ وَلَكِنِ ادْعُهَا» فاتْلُ عَلَيْهَا {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا أُولَئِكَ لَا خَلَاقَ لَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ} قَالَ فَفَعَلْتُ فَاعْتَرَفَتْ فَبَلَغَهُ ذَلِكَ فَسُرَّ بِهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas reported that Ibn Abi Mulaykah said: I wrote to Ibn Abbas asking him about two women who were stitching leather. One of them went out and claimed that the other had struck her with the awl, and the other denied it. Ibn Abbas wrote to me that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ruled that the oath is upon the defendant, and were people given based on their claims, men would claim the wealth and blood of other men. But call her and recite to her: 'Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their oaths for a small price - those will have no share in the Hereafter.' He said: I did so, and she confessed. When that reached him, he was pleased.
