Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11004 حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْباعِ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَا ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا مِنْ بَعْدِ مِلْكٍ وَلَا عِتْقَ إِلَّا مِنْ بَعْدِ مِلْكٍ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) that he said: 'There is no divorce except after ownership (of the marriage), and there is no freeing except after ownership (of the slave).'
