Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:10560 حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا سَلَّامُ بْنُ أَبِي مُطِيعٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَبَّلَ امْرَأَةً فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي فَعَلْتُ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷻ {أَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ طَرَفَيِ النَّهَارِ وَزُلَفًا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَاتِ يُذْهِبْنَ السَّيِّئَاتِ} فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ هِيَ لِي يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ «لَا بَلْ هِيَ لِأُمَّتِي»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdullah ibn Mas'ud reported that a man kissed a woman and then came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I did such and such." So Allah the Almighty revealed: {And establish prayer at the two ends of the day and at the approach of the night. Indeed, good deeds do away with misdeeds.} The man said: "Is this for me specifically, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "No, rather it is for my entire Ummah."
