حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَاأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِالأَعْمَشِ، عَنْيَحْيَى بْنِ وَثَّابٍ" أَنَّهُ كَانَيَقْرَأُ:" وَجِبْرِيلَ وَمِيكَايِيلَ".
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that Jibril (peace be upon him) said to the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Rejoice with two lights given to you that were not given to any Prophet before you: the Opening of the Book (al-Fatihah) and the last verses of Surah al-Baqarah. You will not recite a letter from them except that you will be given what it contains."
