نا نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ:" الطَّلاقُ بِالرِّجَالِ , وَالْعِدَّةُ بِالنِّسَاءِ".
انگریزی ترجمہ
Zayd ibn Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Divorce pertains to the men (i.e., their status determines the number of divorces), and the waiting period pertains to the women (i.e., their status determines its length)."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: طلاق مردوں کے اختیار میں ہے اور عدت عورتوں کے ذمے ہے۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 2506]
