وعن زيد بن خالد، رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "من جهز غازيًا في سبيل الله فقد غزا ومن خلف غازيا في أهله بخير فقد غزا" ((متفق عليه))
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Zaid bin Khalid (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "He who equips a Ghazi (fighter) in the way of Allah is as if he has taken part in the fighting himself; and he who looks after the dependants of a Ghazi in his absence, is as if he has taken part in the fighting himself.".
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت زید بن خالد رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جس نے اللہ کی راہ کے غازی کو سامانِ جہاد دیا تو گویا اس نے خود جہاد کیا، اور جس نے غازی کی غیر موجودگی میں اس کے گھر والوں کی اچھی طرح دیکھ بھال کی تو گویا اس نے بھی جہاد کیا۔ (متفق علیہ)
