وعن أبي هريرة، رضي الله عنه ، قال: قال رسول الله ، صلى الله عليه وسلم لما خلق الله الخلق، كتب في كتاب، فهو عنده فوق العرش: إن رحمتي تغلب غضبي". ((متفق عليه))
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that I heard Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) saying, "When Allah created the creatures, He wrote in the Book, which is with Him over His Throne: 'Verily, My Mercy prevailed over My Wrath".Another narration is: Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "(Allah wrote) 'My Mercy dominated My Wrath".Still another narration is: Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "(Allah wrote) 'My Mercy surpasses My Wrath".
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو ارشاد فرماتے ہوئے سنا: "جب اللہ تعالیٰ نے مخلوق کو پیدا فرمایا تو ایک کتاب میں لکھا جو اس کے پاس عرش کے اوپر ہے: بے شک میری رحمت میرے غضب پر غالب ہے۔" (متفق علیہ)
