وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "لا يبع بعضكم على بيع بعض، ولا يخطب على خطبة أخيه إلا أن يأذن له" ((متفق عليه، وهذا لفظ مسلم))
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them) said:The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "A person should not enter into a transaction when his (Muslim) brother has already negotiated, nor should he make a proposal of marriage when that of his brother is pending, except with the permission of the latter."
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: تم میں سے کوئی اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے اور نہ اس کے پیغامِ نکاح پر پیغام بھیجے مگر یہ کہ وہ اجازت دے۔ (متفق علیہ، یہ مسلم کے الفاظ ہیں)
