عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه و سلم "لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ: الثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي، وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ، وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ". ،
انگریزی ترجمہ
On the authority of Hadrat Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be well pleased with him), who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "It is not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim except in three cases: the married person who commits adultery, a life for a life, and the one who forsakes his religion and separates from the community."
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، فرماتے ہیں کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: کسی مسلمان کا خون حلال نہیں مگر تین صورتوں میں سے کسی ایک میں: شادی شدہ زانی، جان کے بدلے جان، اور دین چھوڑ کر جماعت سے الگ ہونے والا۔
