قَالَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ عُرْوَةَ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، سَرَقَتْ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي غَزْوَةِ الْفَتْحِ فَأُتِيَ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَكَلَّمَهُ فِيهَا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ فَلَمَّا كَلَّمَهُ تَلَوَّنَ وَجْهُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَتَشْفَعُ فِي حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللَّهِ " . فَقَالَ لَهُ أُسَامَةُ اسْتَغْفِرْ لِي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ . فَلَمَّا كَانَ الْعَشِيُّ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَثْنَى عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِمَا هُوَ أَهْلُهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ " أَمَّا بَعْدُ إِنَّمَا هَلَكَ النَّاسُ قَبْلَكُمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا سَرَقَ فِيهِمُ الشَّرِيفُ تَرَكُوهُ وَإِذَا سَرَقَ فِيهِمُ الضَّعِيفُ أَقَامُوا عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ " . ثُمَّ قَالَ " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْ أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ سَرَقَتْ قَطَعْتُ يَدَهَا " .
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Hadrat ' Aishah (may Allah be well pleased with her) that:a woman stole at the time of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), during the Conquest, and she was brought to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). Hadrat Usamah bin Zaid spoke to him concerning her. But when he spoke to him, the face of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) changed color, and the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "Are you interceding concerning one of the Hadd punishment decreed by Allah?" Isa (upon him be peace),aj said to him: "O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ask Allah to forgive me!" When evening came, the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stood up and praised and glorified Allah, the mighty and sublime, as He deserves, then he said: "The people who came before you were destroyed because whenever a noble person among them stole, they would let him go. But if one who was weak stole, they would carry out the Hadd punishment on him." Then he said: "By the One in whose hand is my soul, if Hadrat Fatimah bint Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) were to steal, I would cut off her hand
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے عہد میں غزوۂ فتح کے موقع پر ایک عورت نے چوری کی تو اسے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے پاس لایا گیا۔ حضرت اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما نے آپ سے بات کی تو آپ کا چہرہ مبارک متغیر ہو گیا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کیا تم اللہ کی حدود میں سے ایک حد میں سفارش کرتے ہو؟ حضرت اسامہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! میرے لیے استغفار فرمائیں۔ جب شام ہوئی تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کھڑے ہوئے، اللہ عزوجل کی حمد و ثنا بیان فرمائی، پھر فرمایا: حمد و صلاۃ کے بعد! تم سے پہلے لوگ اس لیے ہلاک ہوئے کہ جب ان میں کوئی شریف چوری کرتا تو اسے چھوڑ دیتے اور جب کوئی کمزور چوری کرتا تو اس پر حد قائم کرتے۔ پھر فرمایا: اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے! اگر فاطمہ بنت محمد بھی چوری کرتی تو میں اس کا ہاتھ کاٹتا۔
