Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whichever Muslim plants a tree, then whatever is eaten from it, the planter receives the reward of charity; whatever is stolen from it, he also receives the reward of charity; whatever the wild beasts eat, he also receives the reward of charity; whatever the birds eat, he also receives the reward of charity; and no one diminishes its fruit but that the reward of charity continues to reach him." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 978]
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: جو مسلمان درخت لگائے پھر اس میں سے کوئی کھائے، تو لگانے والے کو صدقہ کا ثواب ملے گا اور جو چوری ہو جائے گا اس میں بھی صدقہ کا ثواب ملے گا اور جو درندے کھا جائیں، اس میں بھی صدقہ کا ثواب ملے گا اور جو پرندے کھا جائیں، اس میں بھی صدقہ کا ثواب ملے گا اور اس پھل کو کوئی کم نہ کرے گا، مگر صدقہ کا ثواب اس کو ملتا رہے گا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 978]
