Narrated Abu Salamah, who said: I heard the Mother of the Believers 'A'ishah al-Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) saying: The fasts of Ramadan that I owed I could not make up except in Sha'ban, and the reason for this was that I used to be occupied in the service of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) (and found no free time).
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوسلمہ کہتے ہیں کہمیں نے ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے سنا آپ کہتی تھیں کہ مجھ پر جو رمضان کے روزے قضاء ہوتے تھے، تو میں ان کو قضاء نہ کر سکتی تھی مگر شعبان میں اور اس کی وجہ یہ تھی کہ میں رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی خدمت میں مشغول ہوتی تھی (اور فرصت نہ پاتی تھی)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 604]
