Narrated Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was sitting in the shade of the Ka'bah when I came into his presence. When he saw me, he said: By the Lord of the Ka'bah, they are the losers. Then I came and sat down with him, and I could not stay still, so I stood up and said: O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! May my father and mother be ransomed for you, who are they? He said: They are the people of much wealth, except one who spends here and there and wherever is appropriate, and gives from front and behind and right and left, and such people are few. (That is, wherever he saw support for the religion and the pleasure of Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him), he spent without hesitation.) And whoever owns camels, cattle and sheep and does not give their zakat, on the Day of Resurrection those animals will come, as they were in the world but larger and fatter, and will gore him with their horns and trample him with their hooves. When the last of these animals passes, the first will come upon him again. And until the judgment of the servants is completed, this punishment will continue upon him. اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیںآپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکعبہ کے سایہ میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے کہ میں آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا۔ جب آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے مجھے دیکھا تو فرمایا کہ رب کعبہ کی قسم وہی نقصان والے ہیں۔ تب میں آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے پاس آ کر بیٹھ گیا اور نہ ٹھہر سکا کہ کھڑا ہو گیا اور عرض کیا کہ اے اللہ کے رسولصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! میرے ماں باپ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمپر فدا ہوں، وہ کون (لوگ) ہیں؟ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ وہ بہت مال والے ہیں۔ مگر جس نے خرچ کیا ادھر اور ادھر اور جدھر مناسب ہوا اور دیا آگے سے اور پیچھے سے اور داہنے اور بائیں سے اور ایسے لوگ تھوڑے ہیں۔ (یعنی جہاں دین کی تائید اور اللہ اور رسولصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی مرضی دیکھی وہاں بلا تکلف خرچ کیا) اور جو اونٹ، گائے اور بکری والا ان کی زکوٰۃ نہیں دیتا تو قیامت کے دن وہ جانور، جیسے دنیا میں تھے اس سے زیادہ موٹے اور چربیلے ہو کر آئیں گے اور اپنے سینگوں سے اس کو ماریں گے، اور اپنے کھروں سے اس کو روندیں گے۔ جب ان جانوروں میں سب سے پچھلا گزر جائے گا تو آگے والا پھر اس پر آ جائے گا۔ اور جب تک بندوں کا فیصلہ نہ ہو جائے، اس کو یہی عذاب ہوتا رہے گا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 506]
