Narrated Bara' bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him): I observed the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and found that his standing, then his bowing, then his standing up from bowing, then his prostration, then his sitting between the two prostrations, then the second prostration, and the sitting between the prostration and the salam — all of these were nearly equal. اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہمیں نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی نماز کو جانچا تو معلوم ہوا کہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکا قیام پھر رکوع پھر رکوع سے کھڑا ہونا، پھر سجدہ اور دونوں سجدوں کے درمیان کا جلسہ پھر دوسرا سجدہ اور سجدے اور سلام کے بیچ کا جلسہ یہ سب تقریباً برابر تھے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 328]
