انگریزی ترجمہ
Sayyiduna Salim narrates from his father Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), who narrates from the Prophet (peace be upon him), that he (peace be upon him) said: "There is no (permissible) envy except toward two men: one whom Allah has given the Qur'an and he recites it night and day (and acts upon it), and another whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it night and day (in the way of Allah)."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا سالم اپنے والد سیدنا عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں اور وہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے کہآپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: دو مردوں کے سوا اور کسی پر رشک جائز نہیں ہے۔ ایک تو وہ جس کو اللہ تعالیٰ نے قرآن عنایت کیا ہو اور وہ اس دن رات پڑھتا ہو (اور اس پر عمل کرتا ہو) دوسرے وہ جسے اللہ تعالیٰ نے مال دیا ہو اور وہ دن رات اسے (اللہ کی راہ میں) خرچ کرتا ہو۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 2108]
