انگریزی ترجمہ
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "The world is (outwardly) sweet and green (like fresh fruit), and Allah is going to make you rulers over it, then He will see how you act. So beware of the world (that is, of a world that makes you heedless of Allah), and beware of women, for the first trial of the Children of Israel began with women."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے روایت کرتے ہیں کہآپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: دنیا (ظاہر میں) میٹھی اور سرسبز ہے (جیسے تازہ میوہ) اور اللہ تعالیٰ تمہیں دنیا میں حاکم کرنے والا ہے، پھر دیکھے گا کہ تم کیسے عمل کرتے ہو۔ سو دنیا سے بچو (یعنی ایسی دنیا سے جو اللہ تعالیٰ سے غافل کر دے) اور عورتوں سے بچو، اس لئے کہ اول فتنہ بنی اسرائیل کا عورتوں سے شروع ہوا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 2068]
