انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, says, 'The son of Adam offends Me; he says, \"Woe to the misfortune of time!\" Let none of you say, \"Woe to the misfortune of time,\" for I am Time; I bring the night and the day. When I will, I shall end the night and the day.'" (Since it is Allah, the Exalted, who created the night and the day, to abuse the night and the day — that is, time — is in reality to abuse Allah.)
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: اللہ عزوجل فرماتا ہے کہ مجھے آدمی تکلیف دیتا ہے، کہتا ہے کہ ہائے کمبختی زمانے کی۔ تو کوئی تم میں سے یوں نہ کہے کہ ہائے کمبختی زمانے کی۔ اس لئے کہ زمانہ میں ہوں، رات اور دن میں لاتا ہوں۔ جب میں چاہوں گا تو رات اور دن ختم کر دوں گا۔ (جب رات دن کو پیدا کرنے والا اللہ تعالیٰ ہے تو رات اور دن کو یعنی زمانہ کو گالیاں دینا دراصل اللہ کو گالی دینا ہو گا)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1813]
