انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him): Indeed Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Shall I not inform you what the vile slander is? It is tale-bearing (namimah) that sows enmity among people." And Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "A man keeps speaking the truth until he is recorded as truthful in the sight of Allah, and (a man keeps) telling lies until he is recorded as a liar in the sight of Allah."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہبیشک محمدصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: کیا میں تمہیں یہ نہ بتلاؤں کہ بہتان قبیح کیا چیز ہے؟ وہ چغلی ہے جو لوگوں میں عداوت ڈالے۔ اور محمدصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ آدمی سچ بولتا رہتا ہے یہاں تک کہ اللہ کے نزدیک سچا لکھا جاتا ہے اور جھوٹ بولتا ہے یہاں تک کہ اللہ کے نزدیک جھوٹا لکھ لیا جاتا ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1807]
