انگریزی ترجمہ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) said: A man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah! Of all people, who has the greatest right upon me to good treatment? He (peace be upon him) said: Your mother. He said: Then who? He (peace be upon him) said: Then your mother. He said: Then who? He said: Then your mother. He said: Then who? He (peace be upon him) said: Then your father. (He (peace be upon him) gave the mother precedence for the reason that the mother toils greatly with the child — pregnancy for nine months, then giving birth, then nursing, then rearing, and caring in illness and hardship.)
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہایک آدمی رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے پاس آیا اور اس نے کہا کہ یا رسول اللہ! سب لوگوں میں کس کا حق مجھ پر سلوک کرنے کے لئے زیادہ ہے؟ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ تیری ماں۔ وہ بولا کہ پھر کون؟ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ پھر تیری ماں۔ وہ بولا کہ پھر کون؟ آپ نے فرمایا کہ پھر تیری ماں۔ وہ بولا کہ پھر کون؟ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ پھر تیرا باپ۔ (آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ماں کو مقدم کیا کس لئے کہ ماں بچہ کے ساتھ بہت محنت کرتی ہے، حمل نو مہینے، پھر جننا، پھر دودھ پلانا، پھر پالنا، بیماری، دکھ میں خبر لینا)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1754]
