انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: The best of you all is my generation, then those nearest to them, then those nearest to them, then those nearest to them. Sayyiduna Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I do not know for certain whether the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) mentioned two after his generation or mentioned three. Then, after them, people will come who will bear witness though their witness is not sought, and they will be treacherous and not trustworthy, and they will make vows but not fulfill them, and fatness will spread among them.
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: تم سب میں بہترین زمانہ میرا ہے۔ پھر جو ان سے نزدیک ہیں، پھر جو ان سے نزدیک ہیں پھر جو ان سے نزدیک ہیں۔ سیدنا عمران رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ میں ٹھیک سے نہیں جانتا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماپنے زمانہ کے بعد دو کا ذکر فرمایا یا تین کا ذکر فرمایا۔ پھر ان کے بعد وہ لوگ پیدا ہوں گے جو گواہی کے مطالبہ کے بغیر گواہی دیں گے، خائن ہوں گے اور امانتداری نہ کریں گے، نذر مانیں گے لیکن پوری نہ کریں گے اور ان میں موٹاپا پھیل جائے گا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1743]
