Asma' (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "We slaughtered a horse during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and ate its meat."

سیدہ اسماء رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہہم نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے عہد میں ایک گھوڑا کاٹا، پھر اس کا گوشت کھایا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1328]
