انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "They would soak dates for the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) at the beginning of the night, and he would drink it in the morning, then the next night and morning, and the third night until the afternoon. Whatever remained, the Prophet would give to a servant to drink or have it poured out."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے لئے اول رات میں نبیذ بھگو دیتے آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماس کو صبح کو پیتے، پھر دوسری رات کو، پھر صبح کو، پھر تیسری رات کو، پھر صبح سے عصر تک۔ اس کے بعد جو بچتا تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمخادم کو پلا دیتے یا حکم دیتے وہ بہا دیا جاتا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1276]
