Narrated Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "None of you should milk another person's animal except with his permission. Would any of you like that someone should come to his chamber, break open his storeroom, and carry off the grain that is his food? In the same way, the udders of animals are the storehouses of their food. So let no one milk another person's animal without his permission (except one who is dying of hunger — he may take as much as he needs)." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 1063]
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: تم میں سے کوئی دوسرے کے جانور کا دودھ نہ نکالے مگر اس کی اجازت سے۔ کیا تم میں کوئی یہ چاہتا ہے کہ اس کی کوٹھڑی میں کوئی آئے اور اس کا خزانہ توڑ کر اس کے کھانے کا غلہ نکال لے جائے؟ اسی طرح جانوروں کے تھن ان کے کھانے کے خزانے ہیں۔ تو کوئی کسی کے جانور کا دودھ اس کی اجازت کے بغیر نہ دھوئے (مگر جو بھوک کی وجہ سے مر رہا ہو، وہ بقدر ضرورت لے لے)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1063]
