حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، وَعَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، ح
انگریزی ترجمہ
Shu'bah narrated from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, from Hadrat Thabit ibn al-Dahhak al-Ansari (may Allah be well pleased with him). Likewise, Sufyan al-Thawri narrated from Khalid al-Hadhdha', from Abu Qilabah, from Hadrat Thabit ibn al-Dahhak (may Allah be well pleased with him), who said: The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Whoever deliberately takes a false oath claiming to belong to a religion other than Islam, then he shall be as he has said. And whoever kills himself with something, Allah will punish him with that very thing in the Fire of Hell. This is the hadith as narrated by Sufyan. The narration of Shu'bah states: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Whoever takes a false oath claiming to belong to a religion other than Islam (without the word 'deliberately' in this version), then he is as he has said. And whoever slaughters himself with something, he will be slaughtered with that very thing on the Day of Resurrection.
اردو ترجمہ
شعبہ نے ایوب سے، انہوں نے ابو قلابہ سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ثابت بن ضحاک انصاری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی، نیز سفیان ثوری نے بھی خالد حذاء سے، انہوں نے ابو قلابہ سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ثابت بن ضحاک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی، انہوں نے کہا کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جس نے جان بوجھ کر اسلام کے سوا کسی اور ملت میں ہونے کی جھوٹی قسم کھائی تو وہ اپنے قول کے مطابق (اسی مذہب سے) ہو گا اور جس نے اپنے آپ کو کسی چیز سے قتل کیا، اللہ اس کو جہنم کی آگ میں اسی چیز سے عذاب دے گا۔ یہ سفیان کی بیان کردہ حدیث ہے۔ اور شعبہ کی روایت یوں ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جس نے اسلام کے سوا کسی اور ملت میں ہونے کی جھوٹی قسم کھائی (اس روایت میں 'جان بوجھ کر' کے الفاظ نہیں) تو وہ اسی طرح ہے جس طرح اس نے کہا ہے اور جس نے اپنے آپ کو کسی چیز سے ذبح کر ڈالا، اسے قیامت کے دن اسی چیز سے ذبح کیا جائے گا۔
