وَعَن سفينة قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «الْخِلَافَةُ ثَلَاثُونَ سَنَةً ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا». ثُمَّ يَقُولُ سَفِينَةُ: أَمْسِكْ: خِلَافَةَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ سَنَتَيْنِ وَخِلَافَةَ عُمَرَ عَشْرَةً وَعُثْمَانَ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ وَعَلِيٍّ سِتَّةً. رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Bakrah reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "There will be tribulations after which the one who sits will be better than the one who walks, and the one who walks will be better than the one who runs toward them. When they descend or appear, whoever has camels should go to his camels, whoever has sheep should go to his sheep, and whoever has land should go to his land." A man said: "O Messenger of Allah, what about one who has none of these?" He said: "Let him take his sword, strike its edge against a stone, and then escape if he can." Narrated by Muslim.
اردو ترجمہ
سفینہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں، میں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا:”خلافت تیس سال تک ہو گی، پھر بادشاہت ہو گی۔“پھر سفینہ بیان کرتے ہیں: ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ کی خلافت دو سال شمار کر، عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کی دس سال، عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ کی بارہ سال اور علی رضی اللہ عنہ کی خلافت چھ سال شمار کر۔ اسنادہ حسن، رواہ احمد و الترمذی و ابوداؤد۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب الفتن/حدیث: 5395]
